Hamantashen Cookies
Delightful hamantashen cookies with fruity preserves and a tender, flaky dough, perfect for celebrating Jewish holidays or enjoying as a sweet treat with family and friends.

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease cookie sheets.
- Place all ingredients in a large bowl and beat together until well combined. Adjust with more juice or flour to achieve the right dough consistency.
- Form the dough into a ball, then divide into 4 equal parts.
- On a floured surface, roll out each portion to about 1/8 inch thickness.
- Using a 3-inch round cutter, cut out circles from the dough.
- Place 1/2 to 2/3 teaspoon of preserves in the center of each circle.
- To shape into a triangle, bring up the right and left sides to meet at the center above the filling, then fold the top flap down and pinch edges tightly.
- Arrange the shaped cookies on the prepared cookie sheets about 1 inch apart.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
