Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 2 cans water
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook hamburger in a skillet until browned and cooked through.
  2. Add cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup, water, and soy sauce to the cooked hamburger.
  3. Mix well and transfer to a covered baking dish.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
  5. During the last 15 minutes of baking, uncover and sprinkle chow mein noodles on top.
