Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 4 or 5 potatoes
  • 1 (No. 303) can Ranch Style beans
  • 1 (No. 303) can whole kernel corn
  • 1 (4 oz.) can green chili peppers, drained
  • 1 large can tomato sauce
  • 1 (No. 303) can tomatoes
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger in a skillet until fully cooked.
  2. Cut up the potatoes and cook them in about 1 cup or less of water until tender.
  3. Add the cooked potatoes, ranch style beans, whole kernel corn, drained green chili peppers, tomato sauce, tomatoes, salt, and sugar to the browned hamburger.
  4. Simmer the mixture for 3 to 4 hours, stirring occasionally. Alternatively, use a crock-pot for cooking.
