Instructions
- Brown hamburger in 2 tablespoons butter.
- Add salt and celery salt.
- Add celery, onion and green pepper.
- Simmer slowly for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Place in casserole, cover with cooked rice, then layer of peas and top with tomato soup.
- Lay strips of bacon over top.
- Cover and put in oven at 350°.
- Cook 30 to 40 minutes. Remove cover and bake 5 to 10 minutes or until browned.
