Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
  • 1 Tbsp. black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the hamburger with Morton Tender Quick salt, water, onion powder, garlic salt, liquid smoke, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into rolls.
  3. Wrap each roll in Saran Wrap.
  4. Refrigerate overnight.
  5. In the morning, bake the rolls at 300°F for 1 1/2 hours on a rack over a pan to allow drainage.
