- Brown beef and onion in a skillet.

- Arrange tortilla chips in the bottom of a flat casserole dish.
- Layer the beef mixture over the tortilla chips.
- Add a layer of sliced olives.
- Sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese over the olives.
- Repeat the layers: tortilla chips, beef mixture, olives, cheese.
- End with a layer of cheese on top.
- Preheat oven to 350°F and bake the casserole for 30 minutes or microwave on High for 6 to 7 minutes.
