Hamburger Upside-Down Bake

Instructions
- Brown hamburger, onion and salt.
- Drain.
- Add chili powder and catsup.
- (Fix in a 10-inch skillet or corn bread will be too thick.)
- Heat thoroughly.
- Push hamburger back around edge of skillet.
- Spread corn in middle.
- Mix corn bread as directed. Pour evenly on hamburger and corn.
- Bake at 425° for 20 to 25 minutes until corn bread is done.
- Remove from oven.
- Let set 5 minutes.
- Turn upside down on plate.
