Instructions
- Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.
- Press one package of crescent rolls in the bottom of the pan.
- Mix shredded Colby-Jack cheese, milk, eggs, Dijon mustard, dry mustard, and cayenne pepper together.
- Divide the cheese mixture in half.
- Add diced ham to one half of the cheese mixture.
- Spread the ham and cheese mixture on top of the crescent roll layer.
- Place the second package of crescent rolls on top of the ham mixture.
- Spread the remaining cheese mixture over the top layer of crescents.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan or Romano cheese and poppy seed.
- Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until light brown.
- Cut into squares and serve.
