Ingredients

  • 1 can white tuna (in water), drained (6 1/2 oz.)
  • 1 1/3 cups low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 4 to 5 medium jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped fine
  • 25 to 30 fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 teaspoon ground white pepper

Instructions

  1. In a blender, place tuna, mayonnaise, and onion.
  2. Process until smooth.
  3. Add jalapeno peppers and cilantro, processing until chopped fine.
  4. Blend in white pepper.
  5. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
  6. Serve cold with chips or vegetables.
