Festive Hanukkah treats with sweet dates, chopped nuts, candied cherries, and shredded coconut, shaped into delicious fruit balls perfect for celebrations and sharing with family and friends.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. dates, chopped
  • 1 lb. chopped nuts
  • 1/4 lb. shredded coconut
  • 2/3 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 lb. candied red or green cherries, cut up
  • 1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  2. Wet hands and shape the mixture into balls.
  3. Place the balls on a cookie sheet, 1 inch apart.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes.
