Instructions
- Place half of the frozen spinach in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Mix pork with chopped garlic and arrange on top of the spinach.

- Arrange drained yams on top of the baked mixture and dot with butter.
- Continue baking for an additional 1 hour.
