Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 c. tomato juice
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 3/4 c. ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c. water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine tomato juice, and flour.
  2. Mix them well and add the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and water.
  3. Mix these ingredients until blended, then pour the mixture over the meatballs and bake them for 30 minutes longer.
