Ingredients

  • 1 Cure 81 half ham
  • 1 (1 lb.) can jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice

Instructions

  1. Bake ham according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients.
  3. Heat slowly until smooth, beating with wire whisk or rotary beater.
  4. Thirty minutes before ham is done, remove from oven.
  5. Spoon half of the glaze onto the ham surface.
  6. Continue baking.
  7. Serve ham with remaining glaze.
