Instructions
- Mix the cream of potato soup, Cheddar cheese soup, sour cream, and chopped onion in a large bowl.
- Add frozen hash browns and toss to coat evenly.
- Place the mixture in a greased 9 x 11-inch pan.
- If desired, mix crushed cornflakes with melted butter and sprinkle over the top of the mixture.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes or until done.
