Ingredients

  • 16 oz. can roast beef hash
  • 1/3 cup catsup
  • 3/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 4 large English muffins, split and buttered
  • 8 oz. pkg. sliced natural sharp Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix roast beef hash, catsup, oregano, dried parsley flakes, and chopped onion; spread to edge of muffin half.
  2. Top with slices of sharp Cheddar cheese.
  3. Broil as far from heat as possible until cheese melts and pizza is bubbly hot.
