Ingredients

  • 1 lb. head cabbage
  • 1 can beef bouillon, undiluted
  • 2 cans corned beef hash
  • 1/2 cup chili sauce

Instructions

  1. Start heating oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the cabbage into 6 wedges.
  3. Arrange the cabbage wedges in a 2 or 3-quart casserole with pointed ends toward the center.
  4. Pour undiluted beef bouillon over the cabbage.
  5. Spread two cans of corned beef hash over the cabbage and bouillon.
  6. Drizzle half a cup of chili sauce over the hash.
  7. Cover the casserole and bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes until heated through and cabbage is tender.
