Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 3 c. milk
  • 8 oz. white chocolate pudding (instant)
  • 8 oz. dairy topping
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 pkg. angel flake coconut
  • 1 small jar Macadamia nuts
  • yellow sugar

Instructions

  1. Beat softened cream cheese with 1 1/2 cups of milk until smooth.
  2. Add pudding mix and remaining milk, beating for 1 minute.
  3. Fold dairy topping into the mixture.
  4. Melt butter in a 9 to 10-inch pie plate.
  5. Form a crust with the melted butter, working in as much coconut as possible.
  6. Press the coconut mixture onto the sides and bottom of the pie plate.
  7. Bake at 300°F for 20+ minutes until golden.
  8. Cool the crust completely.
  9. Fill the crust with the prepared pudding mixture.
  10. Freeze until firm.
  11. Serve the frozen Hawaiian Cheesecake.
