Ingredients

  • 4 cups cornflakes
  • 2/3 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup nuts
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix cornflakes, coconut, and nuts in a bowl.
  2. Mix butter and vanilla and drizzle over the flake mixture.
  3. Beat egg whites until stiff; add salt and sugar and stir into the flake mixture.
  4. Put the mixture into a pan and bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
