Instructions
- Sift flour, baking soda, and salt into a large bowl.
- Add sugar, beaten eggs, and crushed pineapple with juice to the flour mixture.
- Stir in coarsely chopped nuts.
- Mix with a wooden spoon until the batter is moist and well combined.
- Pour batter into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake in a preheated 350°F (175°C) oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool and frost with Cream Cheese Icing.
