Tips & Substitutions

For a lighter texture, ensure to beat the egg whites well before mixing with the cake mix. You can substitute the instant banana cream pudding with vanilla or even chocolate for a different flavor profile. If you prefer a more tropical flavor, consider adding diced mango or coconut flakes to the pudding mixture.

Serving Suggestions

Serve chilled, garnished with additional pineapple or a sprinkle of shredded coconut for added flavor and texture. This cake pairs beautifully with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream. For a complete meal, consider serving alongside a fresh fruit salad or light yogurt.

Storage & Reheating

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. The cake can be enjoyed chilled straight from the fridge, as the flavors meld beautifully over time. Avoid freezing, as the texture may change when thawed.
