- Mix whole wheat flour, Sugar Twin Plus, baking powder, and cornmeal together in a bowl.
- Combine skim milk, low cholesterol egg substitute (or 1 egg and 2 whites), and vegetable spray in a separate bowl.

- Pour the batter into a 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan sprayed with nonstick vegetable spray.
- Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
