Ingredients

  • 1 cup evaporated skim milk
  • 1 cup 1% milk
  • 10 packets Equal or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla
  • 4 Eggs Beaters (equivalent to 4 eggs)
  • 6 medium bananas
  • 1 box Nilla vanilla wafers

Instructions

  1. Add evaporated skim milk, 1% milk, eggs, vanilla to a blender.
  2. Blend until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a 2-quart double boiler.
  4. Do not add Equal at this time, as it breaks down in heat; let the mixture cool first.
  5. Slice the bananas.
  6. In a large serving dish, layer vanilla wafers and sliced bananas alternately.
