Healthy Breakfast Bread
A wholesome, hearty breakfast bread featuring whole wheat and all-purpose flours, walnuts, orange peel, and honey, perfect for starting the day with nutritious flavor and texture.

- Set aside 1 cup of white flour.
- Mix the remaining flours, chopped walnuts, RapidRise yeast, orange peel, and salt in a large bowl.
- Heat milk, honey, and vegetable oil to 125° to 130°F; do not boil.
- Stir the heated mixture into the dry ingredients until combined.
- Add enough of the reserved dry flour to make the dough workable, then knead for about 8 minutes.
- Cover the dough and let it rise for 10 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and form into balls.
- Place 3 dough balls into each greased pan.
- Cover and let rise for 30 to 45 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Bake the loaves for 45 minutes.
- Cover the loaves with foil during the last 15 minutes of baking.
