Ingredients

  • 2 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1 c. white flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 2 heaping Tbsp. honey
  • 2 c. buttermilk

Instructions

  1. Mix the whole wheat flour, white flour, salt, and soda together.
  2. Mix the honey and buttermilk together.
  3. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients.
  4. Grease a loaf pan.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  6. Top with sunflower seeds.
  7. Bake for 1 hour.
