Tips & Substitutions

For a creamier texture, consider mixing in some shredded cheddar cheese along with the mozzarella. If you're looking for a lighter option, substitute part of the cottage cheese with Greek yogurt. You can also add vegetables, such as spinach or bell peppers, to boost the nutrition. For added flavor, try using fresh herbs instead of dried ones.
