Tips & Substitutions

For a heartier texture, consider adding diced potatoes or replacing some beef with ground turkey. You can also use low-sodium beef bouillon for a healthier option. If you have leftover vegetables, feel free to toss them in. This soup is versatile, so don't hesitate to experiment with seasonings to suit your taste. It pairs beautifully with Meatball Subs.

Serving Suggestions

Serve the hearty hamburger soup with crusty bread or a side salad for a complete meal. Top with freshly grated cheese or a dollop of sour cream for extra richness. It also goes well with a side of roasted vegetables or a simple green salad. For a twist, serve it alongside Herb-Tomato Beef Kabobs.

Storage & Reheating

Store leftover soup in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, warm it on the stovetop over medium heat until heated through, or microwave in a microwave-safe bowl until hot. If the soup thickens too much, add a little water or broth to reach your desired consistency.
