Ingredients
- 2 lb. salmon steaks (3/4-inch thick) ⓘ
- 2/3 cup thin sliced onion ⓘ
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms ⓘ
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes ⓘ
- 1/4 teaspoon chopped green pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley ⓘ
- 1/2 cup dry white wine ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt ⓘ
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper ⓘ
- lemon slices for garnish ⓘ
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly grease a baking pan.
- Place salmon steaks on a bed of sliced onions in the prepared pan.
- Combine sliced mushrooms, chopped tomatoes, chopped green pepper, and chopped parsley.
- Spread the mushroom and vegetable mixture over the salmon steaks.
- Combine dry white wine, lemon juice, salt, and pepper; pour over the vegetables and fish.
- Cover the pan with foil.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily.
- Serve garnished with lemon slices.
