Ingredients

  • 12 oz. Cheddar cheese
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. pimientos
  • 1 tsp. green pepper

Instructions

  1. Set cream cheese out until soft, then add to a bowl.
  2. Add all ingredients: cheddar cheese, cream cheese, lemon juice, chopped onion, pimientos, and green pepper.
  3. Stir until well mixed.
  4. Shape into a ball and refrigerate until firm.
