Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. Accent
  • 2 Tbsp. meat tenderizer
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 16 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 2 cans kidney beans
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Add Accent and meat tenderizer to ground chuck.
  2. Brown meat and drain fat.
  3. Add tomato paste, tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes, and kidney beans.
  4. Add brown sugar, chili powder, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  5. Cook on medium heat for 15 minutes.
