Heavenly Cream Pie features a rich pecan crust topped with creamy layers of vanilla pudding, whipped cream, coconut, and pecans, perfect for celebrations or special gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 cups chopped pecans
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
  • 1 (12 oz.) package Cool Whip
  • 1 (14 oz.) package coconut
  • 2 small boxes vanilla pudding

Instructions

  1. Melt margarine; add 1 cup of flour and 1/2 cup chopped pecans.
  2. Mix together and spread in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F until brown; then cool the crust.
  4. Mix 1 cup Cool Whip, cream cheese, and confectioners' sugar until smooth.
  5. Spread this mixture over the cooled crust.
  6. Prepare vanilla pudding according to the package directions.
  7. Pour the vanilla pudding over the first layer.
  8. Spread remaining Cool Whip on top of the vanilla pudding.
  9. Top the Cool Whip layer with coconut and pecans.
