Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 envelope (1 Oz. Packet) Taco Seasoning
  • 1 can (16 Oz. Can) Refried Beans
  • 1 bag Tortilla Chips
  • 1 cup Sliced Black Olives
  • 1 cup Chopped Tomatoes
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, Or Taco Cheese)
  • Salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Brown ground beef and drain.
  3. Add taco seasoning and refried beans to meat.
  4. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Spread out a single layer of tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
  6. Top with meat and bean mixture.
  7. Top that with olives, tomatoes, and cheese (you can add anything you want here).
  8. Place in the oven until cheese is melted, usually 5-7 minutes.
  9. Top with salsa and sour cream and serve with more tortilla chips.
