Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 to 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tsp. dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 loaf sourdough or French bread

Instructions

  1. Mix butter or margarine with garlic, dried parsley, dried oregano, dill weed, and grated Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
  2. Spread the herb mixture on one side of each bread slice.
  3. Wrap the loaf in foil.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through.
