Ingredients

  • 2 c. chicken broth
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chervil
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh tarragon
  • 2 slices lemon

Instructions

  1. Have broth steaming hot.
  2. Add the herbs and let stand, covered, for 3 to 5 minutes.
  3. Strain the broth.
  4. Serve with a lemon slice in each bowl.
