Ingredients

  • 15 oz. can LeSueur peas
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon instant minced onion or 3 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • dash black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons sliced stuffed green olives

Instructions

  1. In a heavy saucepan, heat the peas.
  2. Drain the peas.
  3. Add butter, minced onion or chopped onion, salt, oregano, black pepper, and sliced stuffed green olives.
  4. Toss lightly to combine.
  5. Serve immediately.
