Ingredients

  • 1 lb. mushrooms
  • 1 tsp. marjoram
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup margarine or butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped chives

Instructions

  1. Put mushrooms in a casserole dish.
  2. Combine marjoram, salt, cream of chicken soup, melted margarine or butter, and chopped chives; then add to the casserole with the mushrooms.
  3. Bake at 325°F for 40 minutes.
  4. Serve as a side dish with steak or roast beef.
