Herb Salmon Bake

- Place 1 cup of Croutettes in a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole or 8 x 8-inch baking dish; sprinkle with 1 cup of salmon and 1 cup of cheese.
- Repeat, using remaining Croutettes, salmon, and cheese.
- Beat eggs slightly.
- Stir in milk, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, and salt.
- Pour over the contents of the baking dish.
- Bake in a moderate oven (350°F) about 1 hour or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
- Garnish with parsley, pimiento strips, or pepper rings, if desired.
- Serve immediately.
