Ingredients

  • kellogg
  • salmon
  • cheddar cheese
  • egg
  • milk
  • dry mustard
  • worcestershire sauce
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Place 1 cup of Croutettes in a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole or 8 x 8-inch baking dish; sprinkle with 1 cup of salmon and 1 cup of cheese.
  2. Repeat, using remaining Croutettes, salmon, and cheese.
  3. Beat eggs slightly.
  4. Stir in milk, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, and salt.
  5. Pour over the contents of the baking dish.
  6. Bake in a moderate oven (350°F) about 1 hour or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
  7. Garnish with parsley, pimiento strips, or pepper rings, if desired.
  8. Serve immediately.
