Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 bunch chives, finely chopped
  • 1-2 tbsp freshly chopped tarragon

Instructions

  1. Whisk the vinegar with the sugar, mustard and some salt and pepper in a bowl or jar. Gradually whisk in the oil to make an emulsion.
  2. Stir in the chives and tarragon.
