Ingredients

  • 6 hard-cooked eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. plain yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped chervil
  • 1/2 Tbsp. mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped chives
  • 1 Tbsp. dill
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped tarragon

Instructions

  1. Remove and mash yolks with yogurt, mayonnaise and mustard. Season with herbs and salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Pile mixture into egg whites.
  3. Garnish with dill sprigs.
