Ingredients

  • 1 (4-inch) piece fresh peeled ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 c. orange juice, chilled
  • 3 c. pineapple juice, chilled
  • 1/2 c. vanilla low-fat yogurt
  • 3 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped fresh cilantro leaves

Instructions

  1. Place ginger in a garlic press to extract juice until you have about 1 1/2 teaspoons.
  2. In a blender or food processor, combine ginger juice, pineapple juice, orange juice, yogurt, lime juice, and cilantro.
  3. Cover and blend until nearly smooth.
  4. Serve immediately.
