Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix (1 3/8 oz.)
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary
  • 3 unpeeled baking potatoes

Instructions

  1. Combine melted butter, onion soup mix, and rosemary in a bowl.
  2. Scrub or peel potatoes and cut into 1/2 inch thick slices.
  3. Combine the potato slices with the butter mixture and toss gently to coat.
  4. Arrange the coated potatoes in a shallow baking dish.
  5. Cover the dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
