Ingredients

  • 2 medium baking potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 Tbsp. water
  • 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • Mrs. Dash seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, layer thinly sliced potatoes and onions; sprinkle with Mrs. Dash seasoning.
  2. Repeat layering until all potatoes and onions are used.
  3. Combine melted butter and water and pour over the layered potatoes and onions.
  4. Cover the bowl with waxed paper and microwave on High for 10 minutes.
  5. Adjust cooking time to 15 minutes if a larger amount of potatoes is used.
