Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup molasses
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix milk and molasses together.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients with oil.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, add the two mixtures, alternately.
  4. Bake on a cookie sheet in a 350°F oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
