Herbed Round Steak
Ingredients
Instructions
- Cut meat in pieces.
- Sprinkle with salts and pepper.
- Roll in flour and brown both sides in hot oil.
- Drain and place in crock-pot.
- Cook onion in reserved drippings.
- Spoon over meat. Mix celery soup and spices.
- Spoon mixture over steak and cook until tender.
- When tender, mix flour with cold water and add to mixture to thicken gravy.
- Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
