Ingredients

  • 2/3 c. olive oil
  • 1/2 c. white wine vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. tarragon (dry)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • lettuce

Instructions

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients in jar.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Cover and refrigerate.
