Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tsp mustard seed
  • 1/2 tsp celery seed
  • 3 Tbsp vinegar
  • 5 c diced potatoes
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 6 chopped eggs
  • 3/4 c mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c chopped onion

Instructions

  1. Cook the diced potatoes until tender, then cool.
  2. In a small bowl, combine mustard seed, celery seed, and vinegar to make the vinegar solution.
  3. Add salt, chopped eggs, mayonnaise, and chopped onion to the cooled potatoes and mix well.
  4. Pour the vinegar solution over the potatoes and gently stir to combine.
