Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. hickory nuts, ground
  • 1/2 lb. pecans, ground
  • 6 egg whites
  • 1 lb. powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  2. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla to the egg whites, mixing well.
  3. Fold in ground hickory nuts and ground pecans.
  4. Drop teaspoon-sized portions of the mixture onto a greased baking pan.
  5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
