Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. lemon jello
  • 1 pkg. lime jello
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 large pkg. cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 2 Tbsp. horseradish
  • 1/4 c. nuts

Instructions

  1. Drain the crushed pineapple.
  2. Add enough water to the drained pineapple to make 2 cups of liquid.
  3. Heat the liquid until hot; pour over lemon and lime jello to dissolve.
  4. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl.
  5. Pour the prepared jello over the mixture and mix well.
  6. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan and mold.
  7. Chill until set before serving.
