Tips & Substitutions

For a creamier filling, consider adding cream cheese or Greek yogurt to the potato mixture. If you want to reduce the fat content, use turkey bacon instead of regular bacon. You can also customize the flavors by adding garlic powder or chives. For a twist, try mixing in some shredded cheddar cheese or incorporating leftover ham from your Ham And Swiss Cheese Rolls.

Serving Suggestions

These creamy stuffed potatoes make a hearty side dish and pair well with grilled meats or roasted vegetables. Consider serving them alongside a fresh salad or as a comforting accompaniment to your favorite pork recipes. They're perfect for a family dinner or a potluck, and everyone will love the delicious filling.

Storage & Reheating

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place the stuffed potatoes in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 15-20 minutes or until heated through.
