Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked, crumbled sausage, drained
  • 1 package wonton wrappers or egg roll wrappers, cut in fourths
  • 1 1/2 cups grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup prepared Hidden Valley original salad dressing mix
  • 1 (2.2 oz.) can sliced ripe olives
  • 1/2 cup chopped red pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Blot cooked sausage dry on paper towels and combine with cheeses, salad dressing mix, sliced olives, and chopped red peppers.
  3. Grease mini muffin pans.
  4. Press wonton or egg roll wrappers into the muffin cups.
  5. Brush the wrappers with oil.
  6. Bake for 5 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Remove from pans and place on baking sheets.
  8. Fill with the cheese and sausage mixture.
  9. Bake for an additional 5 minutes until bubbly.
