Ingredients

  • venison roast
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 or 2 pkg. Lipton beef mushroom soup mix
  • 2 c. water
  • 2 cans mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Bake the venison roast with chopped onion and water until tender.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Remove all grease from the meat juices after baking.
  4. Allow the meat to cool before serving.
